Have you ever used a magnifying glass to burn paper?
The power of the sun is amazing - if you use a lens to focus the image onto a small area it can burn paper, melt plastic and destroy image sensors.
That's why you don't point a lens (or look at, your eyes have lenses) the sun.
A light bulb doesn't do it though.
A domestic light bulb can hurt to look at and a commercial version could damage your sight but it's light can't be focused enough to do any damage to material objects.
There is no danger to a camera's sensor from domestic lighting.
