Will Sony Vegas Pro, which requires the purchase, but can be "fixed" hack not required to pay for free but the problem is that it is very difficult to , but Dazzle capture cards come with software for video editing, it is easy to use and requires less time to make and you can quickly get a video editing, and I I'm sure you should buy. CD comes with a capture card worth up to $ 120, depending on which version of getting the lowest price is $ 40 I think ... also has a "Noob" way, it's called Windows Movie Maker, but it always takes place and reduces the quality of your video so much!

Get K-lite Codec Pack and use VirtualDub (original and/or modded).
I have used a few video editing programs and the easiest one has been DVD Slideshow Builder. Very easy to use with professional features and same sort of layout as Movie Maker however a lot more powerful.

Try Photo MovieTheater that I am using. A few clicks to make photo slideshow video:
1. Import videos and photos.
2. Select transitions that you like.
3. Add background music,caption, narration, illustration and effects to the slideshow.
4. Directly burn onto DVD disc or AVCHD. Or share them on TV, PSP, MP4,etc with HD effect.
